Saying that he has finally sent the music for Frl. Adèle to Paris, expressing the hope that Adèle will think of him when she plays it, saying he is not sure why he included the two Capriccios, since he fears Kiené may find them "zu wild oder zu lärmend," adding that he will complete an oratorio in the next months, saying that with regard to musical activities (and much else) in Paris he is increasingly embittered, that he has a quite singularly disdainful opinion of [Meyerbeer's] Robert le diable, etc.
