Saying that it is now certain that he will visit England in September, expressing the hope that he will see Chappell then and settle their plans for the opera and that PlancheĢ will be there too, adding that "the plot which is interwoven into the historical fact" is not congenial to him, expressing other reservations about the plot, etc.
