Saying that the package and this letter will only arrive Tuesday, too late for the recipient's "chahut," that he no longer has the two pianos and harmonium needed to play "les bêtises," mentioning Franck and Pasdeloup, saying the recipient may return the music when Duparc takes him the first act of Roussalka, reporting that he is working, but, like someone climbing in the snow, goes two steps back for each one forward, etc.
