Decree issued by the Governor of New Mexico, the Marqués de la Peñuela, regarding the purchase of articles from Pecos Indians. With acknowledgment or receipt signed by Roque Madrid, Mayor of Santa Cruz, Sevastián Sevargad, Mayor of Pecos, Antonio de Uribarri, Mayor of Albuquerque, and by Juan de Uribarri, Secretario de Gobernación y Guerra.
