This series contains official correspondence between constituents and the governor and the directors and interim director of Minority and External Affairs. The records have information on the many different cultures, ethnic groups, and religions in Ohio, as well as Ohio's interactions with the international community. Records of note in this series are letters from and to heads of state and various ambassadors such as George H.W. Bush, President of the United States; George W.
