One volume contains a single November 3, 1927 notarial act passed before Rudolph J. Weinmann, notary of Orleans Parish, and consisting of two hundred fifty canceled bonds, in denominations of five hundred and one thousand dollars, issued by the Bank of Lafayette & Trust Company, for Jungle Gardens, Inc. Also included is the September 29, 1927, resolution of the Board of Directors for Jungle Gardens, Inc., authorizing E. A. McIlhenny and J. C. Barry to execute the bond cancellation.
