Fred Rogers (March 20, 1928 – February 27, 2003), also known as Mister Rogers, was the creator, showrunner, and host of the preschool television series Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, which ran from 1968 to 2001. Born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, Rogers earned a bachelor's degree in music from Rollins College in 1951. Mother Teresa Bojaxhiu, born Anjezë Gonxhe Bojaxhiu, was an Albanian-Indian Roman Catholic nun and missionary. She was born in Skopje, then part of the Kosovo Vilayet of the Ottoman Empire and lived most of her life in Kolkata, India. In 1950, she founded the Missionaries of Charity, a Roman Catholic religious congregation.
