This collection consists of 234 plans for approximately 25 ships built by the company from 1871 to 1883 or modified up through 1891. Significant items include ink-and-watercolor drawings prepared as presentation pieces for clients; ink-on-linen profiles and technical diagrams illustrating design, framing, bulkheads, and other structural elements; propelling machinery; and hull and machinery outfit.
