Hugh Stubbins graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technolgy in 1931 and was awarded the MArch by the Harvard Graduart School of Design in 1935. "The Discerning Eye," an exhibition of art treasures held at the Fogg Art Museum from October 9 to November 24, 1974, consisted of works collected by Radcliffe alumnae, "demonstrating their understanding and support of the visual arts".
