Baptismal register of Badin's Mission at Notre Dame (1830-1841); a few letters by Badin including one to Bishop William Quarter of Chicago (1846) and drafts of a letter to the Society for the Propagation of the Faith in Paris (1845) with translation; copies of documents of Badin's baptism and ordination; documents that mention him, some dating from the twentieth century. Photocopies of Badin's accounts recorded in the ledgers of Lathrop Minor Taylor and of S. Hanna & Company (originals held by the Northern Indiana Historical Society); and microfilm containing letters from Badin to Archbishop John Carroll of Baltimore (1796-1812) concerning Badin's experience as Vicar General of Bardstown (originals in the Baltimore Archdiocesan Archives.)
