A family history written about the Stuckey family who lived on the property "Longreach" near Marulan in the early days of settlement. The area is now known as Brayton to avoid confusion with Longreach, Qld. The work is titled "The Stuckey family of Longreach -N.S.W.". Also includes the work entitled: "The descendants of Capt. John Collins and Augusta Murray"

In 1828 the Stuckey family took up land near Marulan. They later sold this land and moved to Willie Ploma near Gundagai.
