A log book kept on board the barque Chance, commanded by T.H.Norton, on a whaling voyage from Sydney to the Arctic Ocean covering the period from 22 Feb. 1871 to 1st Feb. 1872. The log book was kept by Charles H. Warren, Chief Mate.
