Rev. Cecil (Steve) Osborne was ordained in Bristol Cathederal in 1958. After serving in Bristol, Brixton, St. Martin-in-the- Fields, St. Oswald's Bristol (as Vicar) and St. Thomas, Hanwell, London, he emigrated to Australia in 1957. In Australia he served at Grafton (1957-1960), Port Macquarie (1960-1965), and 1965 appointed Priest-in-Charge of the Provisional district of Hughes-Curtin-Garran in Canberra.
