Herbert Arthur Davies (no. 13147), enlisted on 8/9/1916, served as a sergeant with the 2nd Division Supply Column, and was repatriated to Australia on 20/1/1919. He was born in Bendigo on June 26 1889. Joined the Argus in March 1911. Served in France and was invalided to England during the Passchendaele fighting in October 1917.
