Satirical illustrated manuscript and covering letter prepared by Daryl Lindsay for Lord Casey. "Wholelly [sic] set up and printed at the Mulberry Hill Press by Daryl Lindsay, 1927". Covering letter is signed by "Daniel Sidebottom", Lindsay's pseudonym. Both items written as a means of thanking Casey for his recent gift of a toasting fork.
