A collection of novices' applications and related records preserved in the Convent of San Francisco. Comprises signed statements and summary entries, divided as follows: Vol. 1, a contemporary record covering the period 1562-1584, items numbered 15-241; Vol. 2, also a contemporary record, covers the period 1585-1597, items 242-369; and Vol. 3, evidently a late compilation, including one explanation written in 1756, consists of original records and copied entries for the period 1597-1680, items 370-1214.
