Contains: 1. Petition signed by Juan Joseph Moreno, asking that grazing lands be used for Presidio horses only; 2. Order prohibiting civilians from using army grazing land; 3. Criminal investigation of two Indians charged with murder of a Comanche, with a letter from Francisco Guerrero to the governor reporting murder; 4. Report of governor's official visit to towns of New Mexico, signed by Olivide and Pedro José de León, secretary.
