Charles Parrish Blitch (1925-2007) held a lifelong interest in the history of Bulloch County and in his fmaily genealogy, and his collection reflects these interests. He graduated from Statesboro High School and from Georgia Teachers College (now Georgia Southern University) in 1948, following his army service during World War II.
