Charles Cullis (1833-1892) was a Boston homeopathic physician who was a leader in the faith-cure movement. In 1865, he opened his first home for consumptives in Boston. Many other homes in Boston and other cities followed: "Spinal Home," "Faith-Cure House," "Deaconess House," "Lewis Mission," "Faith Training College," and homes in Boynton, Va., Alameda, Cal., Renicks Valley, W.
