Ralph Thomas Nelson (b. June 19, 1902, Lebanon, Ind.-d. Oct. 1, 1968), U.S. Army officer, graduated from West Point in 1928. His early assignments were with the Infantry in the U.S. and Hawaii. During World War II, he was a signal officer in Germany and Austria, serving with the 4th and 9th divisions of XV Corps, and as department signal officer of the 15th Army and U.S. Forces.
