MS. copies, written in an unidentified hand, of Latin documents regarding cases of ecclesiastical immunity in the Kingdom of Naples, dating from 1272 to 1617. Includes transcription of later documents from the House of Anjou and House of Aragon. Documents in Latin with summaries in Italian. Copied from original documents, some no longer extant, from the archives of the Kingdom of Naples and Sicily. Together with "Tractatus de iure regio ... de clericis seu diaconis sylvanticis / Muzio Recco, dated 1620. Names include Charles I (1266-1285), Charles II (1285-1309), Robert the Wise (1309-1381), Joan I (1343-1381), and Charles III (1381-1386).
