Records include reports, newsletters, correspondence, minutes, agendas, voting records, statutes, taped proceedings and meetings, publications, photographs, questionnaires, incorporation papers, property records, and other legal papers. Some records pertain to chapters of the Order in Brazil, Canada, and Japan; and the Order's relations with diocesan offices and with Rome.
