Includes correspondence with United States government agencies, particularly the State Department, 1916-1944, concerning the transmission of funds and operations abroad. Also, includes files on governments of the Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden, ca. 1916-1918, concerning assistance in transmissions of funds, and Austria, Poland, Hungary, and Rumania, ca. 1921-ca. 1932, expressing appreciation for aid.
