Papers include letters, 1926, from colleagues at other churches and at Howard University congratulating Durkee on his appointment to Plymouth; his Certificate of Ministerial Standing, 1906; manuscripts of sermons and addresses, 1891-1940's; a small notebook containing clippings and notes on religious topics; and photographs of Plymouth Church including a view of the pulpit decorated with flowers for the funeral of Henry Ward Beecher, 1887, and photos of Durkee. Also included are some Beecher family photos, a portrait of Lyman Beecher Stowe, grandson of Harriet Beecher Stowe, and two views of Mrs. Beecher as an old woman in a room in her home, 1890's.

Eunice White Bullard born in West Sutton, Massachusetts, 26 August 1812. She was the daughter of Dr. Artemas Bullard, and was educated in Hadley, Massachusetts.
