Robert Oliver collection, 1916-2005 1970-1990.

Material is predominately related to the Onondaga County Civic Center and specifically performances in the three theaters located inside: the Crouse-Hinds Theater, the Bevard Room, and the Carrier Theater. Also documented are the construction of the civic center in the mid-1970s and the 1986 gubernatorial convention held there. Other cultural organizations are represented in the collection to a lesser degree, especially local theaters and drama companies. Collection includes some performance posters signed by the performers. Collection also includes two tickets to opening night of John H. Mulroy Civic Center, architectural detail/logo in metal, and documentary photographs of interior and past events.
