Enrollments of persons liable to military duty, 1862-1866.

This is a collection of small volumes listing names of persons liable for military duty, Town of residence, age, class (1 or 2 - men over 30 were class 2), and whether an individual had disabilities. Also includes Registers of Inspection and Return of Delinquents, 1866. These registers list persons who did not attend the parade in September 1866 and were not marked exempt on the enrollment. Regiments mentioned are the 30th and 111th. Towns represented: Argyle, Fort Edward, Salem, Hebron, White Creek, Jackson, Whitehall, Hampton, Fort Ann, Cambridge, Easton, Hartford, Granville, Putnam, Dresden, Greenwich, Kingsbury.
