Circus World Museum original art collection, 1847-[ongoing]

Twenty-nine pieces in the collection are the works of Ray Wolf who was a professional artist from Germantown, Wis. The collection also includes two paintings which were originally owned by P. T. Barnum and were displayed in his homes: a portrait of himself and one of Hanna Marie Lemmure Cushing. In addition, there are 7 paintings done by Emmett Kelly. The remaining pieces were primarily done by amateur artists.
