The busta contains a letter Rufini wrote as a consultant to the office of the secretary of state concerning legal issues and a draft of Cardinal Lambruschini's response. There is a penciled-in note on the information sheet on Rufini in the index to see a busta at the end of the fondo. There is no indication in the index that such a busta exists.
