The surviving records of the Penn Central Marketing Department are a small fragment of files from the offices of Philip D. Ohl, Director - Market Planning and of W. R. Brooks, Manager - Market Development - Intermodal. A substantial part of the files are from Ohl's earlier work as Manager of International Freight Sales of the New York Central.
