The records include letters, memorandums, reports, surveys, charts, graphs, and Executive Orders relating to the activities of the Economic Adviser, including investigations into current business conditions, programs for stimulation of employment, international trade, public relief, unemployment insurance, and regional economic surveys. Weekly summaries of the economic situation and bi-weekly reports of Government agencies to the National Emergency Council are also included.
