Letter, 1812 July 26.

Letter to Anthony Lamb concerning supplies to be forwarded for boat-building at Whitehall. He states that Lieutenant Rufus Hatch of the 11th Infantry will be appointed Assistant Deputy Quartermaster and that he is to be directed to oversee the distribution of supplies. Written at Albany, N.Y.
