Records, 1919-1924.

The surviving records of the General Superintendent of the Illinois General Division are a small fragment dealing with labor relations. They deal primarily with wages, working conditions, collective bargaining and grievance arbitration, including the PRR's own system of joint reviewing committees. They include minutes of meetings with employee representatives at the divisional and grand divisional levels and notes on a meeting of operating brotherhood representatives with President Atterbury in Philadelphia in 1920.
