Coverage of the "Goodwill" tour, headed by Maj. Gen. Reuben Hood, as it visits Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Uruquay, Brazil, British Guiana, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, and Cuba.
