Frederick Andrew Seaton was born on December 11, 1909 in Washington, D.C., December 11, 1909. He attended Kansas State College at Manhattan, Kansas. In 1936 he was secretary to Republican presidential candidate Alfred M. Landon. He also served as president of Seaton Publishing Company, Hastings, Nebraska, and publisher of Hastings Daily Tribune.
