Part 2, men and women of the Canadian Navy stage a musical show. Part 3, Yugoslav troops in Italy board ships to return to liberated areas of their homeland. Part 4, the Allied Control Commission issues clothes and food to Italians in Naples. Part 5, war material is stockpiled on the Atlantic shore awaiting loading. A Navy seaplane tender sinks a German U-boat in the Atlantic.

Joseph Warren Stilwell (March 19, 1883 – October 12, 1946) was a United States Army general who served in the China Burma India Theater during World War II. His caustic personality was reflected in the nickname "Vinegar Joe". He also had the nickname "Uncle Joe." Distrust of his Allies and a lack of resources meant Stilwell was continually forced to improvise. Orde Charles Wingate (b. Feb. 26, 1903, India-d. March 24, 1944, India), Major-General in the British Army, received his gunnery officer's commission in 1923. He saw action in the 1936-1939 Arab revolt in Palestine, and during the Second World War in the East African campaign and the Burma campaign. He was an early ardent supporter of Zionism.
