Charles Gould Morton (b. Jan. 15, 1861, Cumberland, Me.-d. July 18, 1933), Major General in the U.S. Army, graduated from West Point in 1883. He served as inspector general in several Divisions and Departments and saw action in Panama, the Philippines, Mexico, and during World War I.
