Halstead aboard the Leviathan; bids Marshal Foch goodby; and, with Gen. Connor, waves to those ashore. Shows the Leviathan at sea and G.H.Q. officers. Reel 2, Pershing and aides stroll on the ship. Gens, Hines, Davis, Brewster, and Summerall chat. The Leviathan comes into New York harbor; Gens. Pershing and Connor wave to crowds; Pershing is greeted by Sec, of War Baker and Gens, March and Bullard as the ship docks.
