The Woman's Suffrage Bazaar Association was organized by members of the New England Woman Suffrage Association to raise money for NEWSA's activities. Julia Ward Howe was WSBA's president during the planning for the second bazaar, held December 11-22, 1871, at the Music Hall in Boston (Mass.).
