Doris Jones Huffman was a certified public accountant by trade, but her life's passion was historical research and genealogy. She was born in Newberg, Oregon on January 10, 1922, a sixth-generation Yamhill County Oregonian, and worked for 30 years in Oak Grove. Her parents, Emory Jones and Elva O.
