Loret Miller Ruppe (b. Jan. 3, 1936, Milwaukee, WI–d. Aug. 7, 1996, Bethesda, MD) was the great-grandfather, Frederick Miller founded Miller Brewing Company. She attended Marymount College, New York, and Marquette University, Milwaukee before marrying Pilip Ruppe and moving to Houghton, MI. Her husband was elected to Congress in 1966. Joseph H. Blatchford was born June 7, 1934 in Milwaukee, WI and moved to Beverly Hills, CA as a child. He attended the University of California at Los Angeles, and has a JD from University of California at Berkeley Law School. In 1959, Blatchford went on a good will tour of Latin America which promoted him to found ACCION International to send volunteers to South America.
