Hannah Stokes Haines Buzby was a Quaker from Burlington County. She was born to Samuel Stokes and Hannah Hinchman Stokes on the 18th of 2nd month 1742, old style (April 29, 1742, New Style). Hannah was the third of seven siblings. She married Ephraim Haines, son of Nehemiah Haines and Ann Brown Haines. After his death, she remarried to Thomas Buzby (1739-1816), son of Thomas Buzby and Margaret Haines Buzby; the couple had a son named Benjamin. She died November 29, 1815.
