Lisa Oudens Monaco (born February 25, 1968) is an American attorney who was the Homeland Security Adviser to President Barack Obama, the chief counterterrorism advisor to the president. In this capacity, she was a statutory member of the United States Homeland Security Council.

Monaco previously served as the Assistant Attorney General for National Security from 2011 to 2013, and as the Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Justice Department. In 2017, Monaco became a senior national security analyst for CNN.

After being considered for several roles in a Biden Administration, she has been nominated to serve as Deputy Attorney General.
