Springer Cement Company.
Frank Springer, New Mexico lawyer, rancher and paleontologist. Born in Wapello, Iowa, on June 17, 1848, Springer moved to New Mexico in 1873. Employed as a lawyer for the Maxwell Land Grant Company, Springer eventually became its President in 1891. Springer was also president of the Springer Cement Company.
