Bauskett family.
Residents of Edgefield District, S.C.; Col. John Bauskett (1800-1867), a native of Newberry, S.C., was a lawyer, planter, state legislator, and by 1838, the co-owner and manager of the Vaucluse textile mill in Edgefield's Horse Creek Valley.
