Hubbard, John, collector.

John Hubbard was a graduate of Harvard 1892. Button Gwinnett was governor of colonial Georgia and delegate to the Continental Congress. Charles Carroll is credited with framing Maryland's declaration of independence, adopted 1776. He was also a delegate to the Continental Congress.
