University of Michigan. Scientific Club.
The Scientific Club was a scholarly and social dining club of University of Michigan faculty members from all fields founded in 1883. The aim of the club was to promote collegiality and awareness of scholarly interests and research among the faculty. Several brief histories of the club are included in the records.
