Kirkland, Thomas J.
Thomas Jefferson Kirkland (1860-1936) was a lawyer of Camden, S.C.; served in S.C. House (1890-1893, 1910-1913) and S.C. Senate (1894-1896); co-author of book, Historic Camden (1905) with Robert M. Kennedy.
