Mississippi Baptist Convention

The Mississippi Baptist Convention was organized in 1836. The Convention in 2007 was composed of more than 2,100 churches with 718,000 members. The Convention is involved in missions, church planting, men and women's ministries, assistance to churches and associations in the state, and college student ministries.
