Portland Chamber of Commerce (Or.)
Variant namesThe Portland Chamber of Commerce was established in 1874 as the Portland Board of Trade. In 1890 it was named Chamber of Commerce. The Portland Chamber of Commerce functioned, in many instances, as a state chamber of commerce. The records, therefore, have a significance beyond Portland and Multnomah County.

Dedicated to promoting the commercial interests of Portalnd and Oregon, the Portland Chamber of Commerce was incorporated in 1890 as the successor to the Portland Board of Trade. In 1915 it merged with the Portland Commercial Club.
