Henry Brooks Van Duzer was the chairman of the Oregon state highway commission.

He was born in New York in 1874 and came to Oregon in 1898, having studied civil engineering at Union College. He was the president of Inman-Poulsen Lumber Company and the president of the Portland Chamber of Commerce. In 1923 he became a member of the Oregon State Highway Commission and resigned from the commission in 1931 after four years as chairman.
